Job Summary
We are seeking an adjunct trainer with hands-on experience in AI agents, AI coding, and business automation to deliver advanced workshops for adult learners and professionals.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver advanced workshops on agentic AI and multi-agent workflows to adult learners and working professionals
- Develop and conduct training on AI coding and AI-assisted software development to enhance learner skills
- Create and demonstrate workflow automation and business process automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot ecosystem
- Facilitate hands-on exercises and live demonstrations to ensure practical understanding of low-code/no-code AI solutions
- Train learners on AI productivity tools, reporting, approvals, and customer service workflows to improve business processes
- Build AI agents and multi-agent workflows to showcase real-world applications during training sessions
- Develop automations integrating AI with forms, email, spreadsheets, databases, APIs, CRM, or business systems
- Design workflows for approvals, reporting, customer service, data collection, and productivity to support learner projects
- Assess and communicate proficiency levels in relevant AI and automation tools to tailor training content effectively
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in AI, automation, software development, digital transformation, or technology training
- ACLP-certified or currently undergoing ACLP training
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Prior teaching, facilitation, or workshop experience to enhance learner engagement and knowledge transfer
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively deliver complex technical content
- Practical knowledge of prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt chaining, and tool calling
- Understanding of memory and orchestration in AI agents to support advanced AI training topics
- Awareness of MCP servers and AI governance, privacy, and responsible AI use to promote ethical AI practices
