Based in Tanjong Pagar, Trainetics Academy equips adult learners with practical, future-ready skills across language, communication, and digital domains.
We are looking for a Part-Time ACLP-Certified Trainer with expertise in Japanese language and workplace communication skills to deliver engaging, high-impact training programmes aligned with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) standards.
This role is ideal for experienced trainers who are passionate about adult education and enjoy facilitating interactive, real-world learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery
- Facilitate engaging, learner-centred training sessions in language and workplace communication
- Deliver structured lessons aligned with WSQ/SSG frameworks and learning outcomes
- Adapt teaching approaches to suit adult learners from diverse professional backgrounds
- Incorporate practical activities such as role-plays, discussions, and real-life scenarios
Assessment & Learner Support
- Conduct assessments in line with competency-based frameworks
- Provide constructive feedback to support learner progress and achievement
- Ensure learners meet required performance criteria and outcomes
Programme & Content Support
- Support curriculum enhancement and contextualisation where required
- Ensure training materials remain relevant, practical, and industry-aligned
- Integrate digital tools and AI-assisted learning methods where appropriate
Compliance & Standards
- Adhere to SSG/WSQ requirements, training quality standards, and documentation processes
- Maintain proper training records, attendance, and assessment documentation
Requirements
- ACLP / ACTA certified (mandatory for WSQ training delivery)
- Proficient in the Japanese language:
- Minimum JLPT N2 or equivalent
- Experience in delivering adult training, language instruction, or workplace communication courses
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and classroom engagement skills
- Familiarity with WSQ frameworks and competency-based assessment is an advantage
- Comfortable using digital tools, LMS platforms, and blended learning methods
- Able to work independently on a part-time / freelance basis
