Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and well-organised Account Admin with basic accounting knowledge to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, support invoicing and GST claims, assist with attendance tracking, and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
  • Consolidate invoices and assist with payment processing.
  • Support in preparing GST claims and liaise with external accounting service providers if required.
  • Maintain and update staff attendance records.
  • Handle general customer service enquiries through phone, email, and walk-ins.
  • Assist in procurement of office supplies and inventory tracking.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications as needed.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in administrative roles, preferably with some exposure to accounts-related tasks.
  • Basic understanding of invoicing, payment processing, and GST claims.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable with basic software tools.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Singaporean or PR preferred.
