About the Role:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account Assistant to handle simple accounting and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for individuals who have prior experience in accounting and are looking for part-time work with a flexible arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage basic bookkeeping and accounting records
Handle data entry of invoices, receipts, and payments
Assist with reconciliation and simple financial reporting
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial information
Requirements:
Prior experience in accounting or bookkeeping
Familiar with basic accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Meticulous and trustworthy in handling financial information
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Open to candidates who wish to continue contributing part-time
