Parent Relationship cum Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Parent Relationship executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with parents, ensuring their satisfaction with our childcare services. This role requires excellent communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and proficiency in both English and Chinese.

Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance parent engagement and satisfaction.

- Organize and facilitate parent-teacher conferences, workshops, and other events.

- Collaborate with the childcare team to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.

- Manage and update the company's social media platforms (both English and Chinese) with engaging content to promote our services and connect with exiting and potential parents.

- Assist with marketing and promotional activities to attract new families to our childcare center.

Qualifications:

- Diploma in a related field (e.g., Early Childhood Education, Communications, Marketing).

- Fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) is required.

- Proven experience in customer service, parent relations, or a similar role.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

- Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., WeChat, Facebook, Instagram) and social media management tools.

- Cultural sensitivity and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
