Summary
This customer-fronting sales role serves as the key point of contact between families and the preschool centres. The role supports strong home–centre partnerships, facilitates effective communication, promotes parent engagement, builds relationships with prospective parents and maximizes enrolment conversion through the scheduling of school visits and management of the end-to-end student admission process.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the mission, vision and values of the organization/centre.
- Build relationships, communicate and enable the development of a positive rapport with prospective parents, staff, community partners and other parties.
- Oversee the full admissions process, engage and follow up with prospective parents to drive enrolment, handle enquiries and complaints, and travel to centres as needed.
- Collaborate with Operations, Centre Principals, and Marketing to improve lead quality and conversion rates, sales strategies, and partner with principals to strengthen sales performance.
- Manage the CRM and lead pipeline to drive conversions, ensure accurate reporting, meet sales KPIs, prepare management reports, and analyse data to propose effective commercial and marketing actions.
- Support enrolment documentation and parent-related compliance requirements and any parent/child related administrative and documentation as needed.
- Initiate sales related actions for preschools such as roadshows, open houses that support sales performance.
- Attend Network meetings, trade fairs and external activities or other initiatives as required, support and attend company events, open house days, and community outreach programs and coordinate with the related community to increase brand awareness.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Sales or Customer Service
- Possesses a high level of enthusiasm and drive to meet sales targets
- Strong track record of delivering monthly targets
- Excellent people and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional Communication Skills with the ability to articulate centre policies, programs, and value propositions with confidence
- Ability to manage sensitive conversations professionally
