As a Paramedic, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Deliver emergency and non-emergency care and transportation to patients.
- Provide pre-hospital emergency care and life support during transport to hospitals or emergency rooms.
- Provide medical coverage at high-risk events.
- Lead and coordinate a team of 2 or 3 during emergency responses, making critical decisions regarding treatment and procedures.
- Maintain professionalism, responsibility, and accountability in all aspects of the role.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care and transport activities.
Requirements:
- Recognized Paramedic certification from SMTI/Civil Defense Academy, Higher NITEC in Paramedicine, Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Paramedicine, or other equivalent qualifications.
