Paralegal (Capital markets)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our Capital Markets and Structured Products team. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting transactions in structured products, derivatives, and capital market instruments, assisting lawyers with drafting, reviewing, and executing complex documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist lawyers in the preparation, review, and execution of documentation for structured products, debt and equity offerings, derivatives, and other capital markets transactions.

• Draft and review transaction documents, including term sheets, offering memoranda, subscription agreements, and security documents.

• Conduct legal research and provide support on regulatory and compliance matters relating to capital markets transactions.

• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external counsel to ensure timely completion of transactions.

• Maintain transaction files, databases, and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.

• Support the legal team in ad hoc projects related to corporate finance and structured products.

Requirements:

• Experience as a paralegal in capital markets, structured products, or financial services.

• Strong knowledge of Singapore securities laws, derivatives, and structured finance documentation.

• Excellent drafting, organizational, and communication skills.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, or related field preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document management tools.
