Paralegal (Aviation)

We are seeking a Paralegal to join our Aviation practice in Singapore as a member of our Asset Finance team.

Skills and Experience Required

The Role

. Supporting the team with all aspects of aviation transactions

. Liaising with clients and counterparties (other law firms, leasing companies, airlines, manufacturers etc) throughout the transaction lifecycle

. Drafting and reviewing transaction documentation

. Transaction management, including:

o Managing CPs and CP checklists

o Closings and deliveries

o Post-closing activities

Skills and Experience Required

. 3 to 5 years of paralegal or transaction / contracts management experience

o Ideally with experience in aviation finance, aircraft leasing, banking and finance, asset finance, or corporate transactions

o Familiarity with aircraft leasing and/or finance documentation is an advantage

. Good spoken and written skills in English

. Strong knowledge of all Microsoft office packages

. Ability to work independently and confident in engaging with internal and external stakeholders

. Proficiency with file management systems

. Attention to detail, well-organized and good record-keeping skills
