Job Description

Gathering paperwork and documents in a variety of sources for the attorney
Spending time investigating current legal matters as well as related pas legal cases
Preparing answers to interrogatories
Performing legal research and analysis
Drafting research memos and routine briefs
Preparing reports and legal documents for ongoing cases
Drafting pleadings and motions when required
Attending and participating in court or administrative hearings and trials
Locating witnesses and other essential people i an investigation or case
Reaching out to clients on behalf of the attorney
Working closely with attorney to organise cases, including timeframes and deadlines
