Key Responsibilities:

• Developing a plan for the repair process, including which panels need to be repaired or replaced, and the sequence of steps required.
• Using specialized tools and techniques to remove dents and straighten bent panels.
• Cutting, joining, and welding replacement sections using welding equipment.
• Applying plastic filler to repair imperfections, followed by sanding and polishing.
• Applying primer, paint, and clear coat to restore the vehicle's original finish.
• Keeping customers informed about the progress of their repairs and explaining the repair process.
• Assessing and providing cost estimates for repairs.
• Ensuring the work area is safe and tidy.
• Maintaining records of work performed and parts used.
• Other tasks as assigned by your superior and Head of Department.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum GCE O Level.
• Proficiency in automotive body repair techniques, tools, and machinery.
• The ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• The ability to diagnose damage, assess repairs, and devise solutions.
• Clear and effective communication with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
• Ability to explain repairs.
