Painting Supervisor

Job Description & Requirements

Responsible for coordinating project activities, resources, equipment and information

. Assist in the supervision of project sites, workers and the arrangement of work activities

. Ensure all safety and quality assurance procedures/ standards as followed on site

. Monitor, supervise and follow up the project progress

. Handle any issues that arises and to report, escalate to Project Managers if needed

. Liaise with Sub-contractors, suppliers & related parties involved in the production and construction of the projects

. Prepare and maintain project documentation, plans and reports as required to assist Project Managers in monitoring programs

. Attend site meetings and assist Project Managers/ Engineers to ensure smooth and seamless project management implementation

. Filing of documentation, submission/updates, discrepancy, changes, revision, etc of each project assign

. Other ad hoc duties as assigned Job Requirements:

. Degree/Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.

. At least 3-6 Year(s) of working experience in the related field in residential projects is required for this position. . Able to read drawings will be an added advantage.

. Possess a valid class 3 Singapore Driving License (Preferable).
