Painting & Insulation Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all painting and insulation works on site.
• Ensure work is carried out according to project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Plan daily activities, assign tasks to workers, and monitor progress.
• Inspect surface preparation, coating applications, insulation installation, and finishing works.
• Verify material usage, track inventory, and request replenishment when needed.
• Conduct safety briefings, toolbox meetings, and enforce safe work procedures.
• Review drawings, method statements, and ensure compliance with client/consultant requirements.
• Identify site issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Maintain daily reports, work records, and photo documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors, clients, and project teams for smooth workflow.

Requirements:

• Experience in painting, coating, and/or insulation works (industrial or construction).
• Strong knowledge of painting systems, surface preparation, and insulation materials.
• Ability to lead teams, manage schedules, and ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Familiar with safety regulations and permit-to-work requirements.
• Able to read drawings and follow technical specifications.
