NOVI Health is on a mission to enable people everywhere to live healthier, longer, & free of chronic disease. We are a Singapore-based healthcare & technology company, looking for a Paid Performance executive who will play a pivotal role in shaping & accelerating our growth engine.
Role Overview
As a Paid Performance Marketing Executive, you will own NOVI's paid acquisition & performance marketing strategy across channels. Your focus is scaling efficient user acquisition, executing qualified demand, & optimising spend to deliver strong CAC:LTV outcomes.
This is a hands-on role for someone who combines strategic thinking with strong execution. You will design scalable acquisition systems, run continuous experimentation, & tie marketing performance directly to business outcomes.
You will work closely with product, content, & leadership to ensure paid growth supports NOVI's broader expansion goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Define & execute NOVI's paid growth roadmap across search, social, & emerging platforms
- Partner with leadership to set CAC targets, channel mix, & expansion priorities (SG & beyond)
- Bring strong growth frameworks & best practices into the organisation
- Build a test & learn culture within paid performance
Acquisition & Channel Innovation
- Lead paid acquisition across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, & emerging platforms
- Scale search-led acquisition across SEM & high-intent capture
- Identify & test new channels to diversify acquisition sources
- Develop repeatable playbooks for scaling campaigns across products
Experimentation & Optimisation
- Establish rigorous A/B testing frameworks across ads, landing pages, & funnels
- Drive CRO & funnel optimisation in partnership with product teams
- Continuously optimise for CAC efficiency & revenue growth
- Champion data-driven decision making
Analytics & Reporting
- Build & maintain performance dashboards
- Manage weekly Growth Calendar visibility across teams
- Create clear reporting on ad performance & conversion metrics for leadership
- Translate data into actionable recommendations
Budget & Resource Management
- Own paid media budgets with accountability for ROI
- Evaluate tools, platforms, & partners to strengthen performance capability
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 58+ years in performance or growth marketing
- Proven track record scaling paid campaigns & improving CAC:LTV
- Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok
- Strong knowledge of AARRR, CAC:LTV, funnel metrics
- Proficiency in GA, Looker/Tableau, or similar analytics tools
- Strong analytical & communication skills
- Startup mindset & comfort in fast-paced environments
