Role Overview

This role leads digital delivery for our client accounts: owning strategy, execution and performance across LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta and ideally programmatic platforms. You'll manage a small team, partner closely with Client Partners on channel strategy, and turn campaign data into insights that move pipeline and account-level metrics.

Key Accountabilities

  • Own end-to-end Paid Social and Search delivery across clients, from planning through optimisation to reporting.
  • Partner with Client Partners and Planners to shape media mix and channel strategy, translating clients objectives, pipeline contribution, account/company reach, TAL penetration into channel plans.
  • Ensure flawless execution of campaign launches, from initial planning through to wrap-up reporting.
  • Connect Search and Social performance to broader media and business objectives; turn campaign data into clear insights, tests and actionable recommendations.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team: set objectives, run performance reviews, and mentor to raise quality and consistency across accounts.
  • Manage vendor and platform partnerships to negotiate, execute and monitor campaigns against agreed KPIs.
  • Respond to client requirements accurately and on time, working seamlessly with internal stakeholders across the network.
  • Build team capability in emerging Search: SEO, AEO/GEO and AI-driven search experiences.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Hands-on, working knowledge of Search and Paid Social platforms: campaign setup, optimisation and performance monitoring across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, or similar buying platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SEM, SEO, AEO/GEO, GA4, Google Search Console, keyword strategy, audience targeting and conversion tracking.
  • Stay current on evolving Search capabilities: AI-powered Search, AI Max, Performance Max and AI Overviews, treating generative-AI search optimisation as an extension of strong SEO/SEM fundamentals.
  • Analyse campaign performance across Search and Social to derive actionable insights and optimisation recommendations.
  • Strong understanding of digital media KPIs, audience targeting, creative performance and campaign pacing.
  • Comfortable with reporting and data interpretation, translating performance into clear, client-ready narratives.
  • Coordinate with Ad Operations on trafficking requirements, with a working understanding of CM360, tracking tags, taxonomy and campaign QA.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong campaign QA, troubleshooting and execution discipline.
  • Confident stakeholder management across media, Ad Ops and client-facing teams.
  • Communicating seamlessly and effectively with the international hub team to ensure process and information flow freely. This is a large and relatively complex global team architecture that requires navigational know-how and understanding of how to communicate with multiple lines of business and channel functions simultaneously
  • Client & team management: Confident presenting recommendations and managing the team.

  • Hands-on experience across Google Ads and paid social platforms: LinkedIn is essential for this role, alongside Meta and other relevant platforms.
  • Programmatic experience (DV360, The Trade Desk or similar) is an advantage.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, comfortable working with complex data sets, dashboards and data visualisation tools.
  • Well-versed in the campaign planning process, with experience managing budgets across multiple accounts.
  • Experience in media tracking and attribution methodologies, including strong understanding of GA4, conversion tracking and attribution.
  • Proven people-management experience: setting objectives, coaching and developing team members.
  • Clear, confident communicator, able to present recommendations and deliver impactful presentations at all levels of the organisation
  • Strong project management skills to keep multiple stakeholders aligned across media, Ad Ops and client teams.
  • Ability to influence and work collaboratively and cross-functionally within a global organisation

  • Strong written, communication and presentation skills
  • Hands-on attitude and high attention to the detail
  • Best in class project management skills to improve ways of working across all stakeholders

How you Operate:

  • Own the outcome. Take responsibility, create clarity from ambiguity and keep the work moving.
  • Figure things out, test and learn. You won't always have the answer, but you know how to find it, through data, people, platforms or experimentation.
  • Set a high bar. Bring pace, sound judgement and strong attention to the quality of both thinking and execution. Remember, you'll be working on multiple markets and with multiple stakeholders.
  • Stay resilient and adaptable. Navigate changing priorities and complex briefs without losing momentum.
  • Raise the standard around you. Challenge what could be better, share what you know and help the team do stronger work.
