Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Padel Head Coach, located in Singapore. The Padel Head Coach will be responsible for organizing and conducting training sessions, coaching players of all skill levels and ages, developing personalized training plans, and mentoring assistant coaches. The role also includes managing tournament preparation, promoting good sportsmanship, and fostering a positive, inclusive environment within the club.
Qualifications
- Proven padel coaching experience along with leadership and mentorship skills.
- Ability to design structured training programs and adapt techniques to suit players of varying skill levels.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills to work with players, parents, and other coaches effectively.
- Knowledge of sports injury prevention, fitness training, and proper techniques for player improvement.
- Passion for padel and experience with tournament management and preparation.
- Certification in padel coaching or related fields is an advantage.
- Previous experience working with diverse age groups is desirable.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and evenings, as required for tournaments or training sessions.
