About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager, the Head Padel Coach will take ownership of coaching delivery, program development, team leadership, and member engagement across all Padel activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Coaching & Program Delivery
. Deliver consistently high-quality Padel coaching across all ages and abilities
. Design, implement, and continuously improve structured coaching programs (juniors, adults, performance, social, cardio, camps)
. Ensure lesson plans, session quality, and on-court engagement meet club standards
. Identify player development pathways and opportunities to increase participation
2. Leadership & Team Management
. Lead, mentor, and develop the Padel coaching team
. Set coaching standards, behaviours, and expectations on and off court
. Support coach scheduling, planning, and professional development
. Lead by example in professionalism, communication, and member service
3. Programming, Events & Growth
. Build and evolve Padel programming aligned with member demand
. Plan and deliver events such as tournaments, social play, camps, and club initiatives
. Collaborate with club teams on promotions, calendars, and new program launches
. Contribute ideas to grow grassroots participation and overall program revenue
4. Communication & Member Experience
. Act as a key point of contact for members regarding Padel programs
. Handle member enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and proactively
. Ensure clear, timely communication with members and internal stakeholders
. Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and engaging on-court environment
5. Administration & Governance
. Attend regular meetings and relevant training sessions
. Support reporting, scheduling, and administrative requirements
. Ensure all safety, child-protection, and club policies are followed
