Padel Coach

Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Padel Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Padel techniques, strategies, and training methodologies, with the ability to coach players of all ages and levels. This role involves not only teaching technical skills but also fostering a fun, inclusive, and motivating environment for players to grow and enjoy the sport.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver structured Padel lessons for individuals, groups, and juniors, tailored to varying skill levels.

Develop and implement training programs to improve players technical, tactical, physical, and mental aspects of the game.

Conduct beginner and advanced clinics, camps, and workshops.

Provide feedback and guidance to players to support their development.

Organise and oversee social matches, events, and competitions to strengthen community engagement.

Ensure player safety and maintain a positive, respectful atmosphere on and off the court.

Collaborate with management to promote Padel programs and attract new players.

Stay updated on Padel coaching trends and continuously improve personal coaching methods.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Padel coach.

Overseas applicants must hold a relevant university degree in Sports, Physical Education, or a related discipline.

Padel coaching certification (national or international) is an advantage.

Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work with children, adults, and groups of mixed abilities.

High energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for growing the sport of Padel.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during events.

Preferred Skills

Experience in building training programs and developing competitive players.

Knowledge of fitness, injury prevention, and performance training.

Event coordination or tournament management experience.

Multilingual communication is a plus.
