- Supervise and coordinate packaging operations to meet production and shipment schedules.
- Lead, train, and monitor packaging staff to ensure high performance and adherence to procedures.
- Ensure products are packed correctly, labelled accurately, and meet quality standards.
- Monitor inventory of packaging materials and coordinate replenishment as needed.
- Implement and maintain efficient packaging processes to improve productivity.
- Conduct regular quality checks and resolve any packaging or labelling issues.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
- Prepare reports on packaging output, performance, and operational issues.
- Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and production teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Proven experience in a packaging, warehouse, or manufacturing environment.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
- Basic computer skills for reporting and inventory tracking.
- Must have valid and permanent work rights in Singapore (e.g., Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident).
