Job Summary
You will receive, arrange, and store incoming goods accurately. You will pack items following shipment requirements, prepare orders for dispatch with proper labeling and sealing, and assist with loading, unloading, and delivery coordination. You will maintain stock records and keep work areas clean and organized.
Responsibilities
- Receive incoming goods and verify accuracy against delivery documents
- Arrange and store goods in designated areas to optimize space and accessibility
- Pack items according to packing and shipment requirements to ensure product safety
- Prepare orders for dispatch by labeling and sealing cartons correctly
- Assist in loading and unloading goods to support timely delivery operations
- Support delivery preparation and coordination as needed to facilitate smooth logistics
- Perform basic stock handling and conduct simple record checks to maintain inventory accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of packing and storage areas to ensure a safe work environment
- Assist with other ad-hoc warehouse or operational tasks as assigned to support team needs
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Able to read Chinese words
- Prior warehouse, packing, or logistics experience is an advantage (training provided)
- Basic literacy to read packing lists and delivery notes
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as packing and lifting within safe limits
- Responsible, reliable, and able to follow instructions
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
