Assistant Producer (Production & Post-Production)

Salary Range: SGD 3,000 - SGD 4,500 per month

Role Overview

We Are Heroes is hiring an Assistant Producer to support end-to-end production across commercials, branded content, and digital campaigns.

You will work directly with Producers, Directors, and Post teams. You manage timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and keep projects moving from pre-production through post.

This role requires someone with hands-on production experience, strong coordination ability, and the discipline to operate in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Producers in planning and executing production workflows from pre to post

• Prepare and manage production documents (call sheets, schedules, shot lists, budgets tracking)

• Coordinate with crew, talent, vendors, agencies, and post-production teams

• Track timelines, deliverables, and approvals across multiple concurrent projects

• Attend shoots and manage on-ground logistics when required

• Assist in post-production coordination including edits, feedback rounds, and final delivery

• Manage client communication for updates, revisions, and approvals

• Maintain proper documentation and version control across all projects

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a production house, creative agency, or post-production environment

• Proven experience working on commercials, branded content, or digital campaigns

• Strong understanding of production workflows (pre-production, shoot, post-production)

• Experience handling clients, agencies, and multiple stakeholders

• Ability to manage timelines and priorities across multiple projects

• Familiarity with production documentation and coordination tools

• Strong communication skills in English

• Familiarity with Mandarin-speaking clients
