Job Summary

We are looking for a Packaging Designer to join our R&D team. This role focuses on executing, updating, and managing product packaging designs and artwork, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and proper documentation. The designer will also coordinate closely with our China headquarters to resolve artwork and printing issues.

Responsibilities

. Execute and update food packaging layouts, label drafts, and product graphics

. Maintain an organized system of artwork files and documentation with proper version control

. Translate business and regulatory requirements into accurate packaging designs

. Plan and prioritize packaging design tasks and updates

. Collaborate with China headquarters to resolve artwork and printing issues

. Support ad-hoc R&D design tasks related to product packaging

Qualifications

. Diploma or higher in Graphic Design or related discipline

. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office

. Detail-oriented with strong design sense and ability to follow specifications accurately

. Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin, as frequent coordination with China HQ is required

. Comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders
