Packaging Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate master design projects across multiple product lines
• Ensure timely delivery of designs while adhering to brand guidelines and legal compliance
• Optimize creative briefs for agencies and oversee workflows between creative and execution teams
• Develop multilingual design versions based on defined language groups
• Monitor project timelines and ensure industrial constraints (e.g., printing, packaging) are considered
• Act as the key liaison among marketing, legal, industrial teams, and external agencies
• Support brand consistency and technical aspects of design execution
• Ensure on-time delivery of master designs aligned with brand and industrial standards
• Create design charters and guidelines for adaptation across products
