Job Summary
Support the team in pre-sales activities for overseas clients by managing communications and requirements. Assist in preparing and optimizing AI-related solutions, track industry trends in intelligent agents, Web3, and AI Q&A, and contribute to project execution and client collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Support the team in delivering pre-sales support to overseas clients by managing customer communications and organizing requirements to advance sales efforts
- Assist in compiling and refining AI-related solution materials and track the implementation progress while ensuring internal and external information alignment
- Monitor industry developments in intelligent agents, Web3, and AI intelligent Q&A to gather market insights and support the formulation of targeted solutions and strategies
- Collaborate with the team and clients to build intelligent agents and participate in project execution and progress tracking
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Communications, Electronics, or related fields 2027 graduates preferred
- Basic understanding of AI concepts and interest in intelligent agents, Web3, and AI Q&A, with relevant coursework, project experience, or competition participation preferred
- Strong logical thinking, communication, and learning abilities to quickly grasp business and technical content
- Proficient English reading and writing skills to use as a working language, with ability to read technical documents and engage in English communication preferred
- Basic coding skills and experience with Agent-related practices or projects preferred
