About the Role:
We are looking for an aggressive and results-driven Overseas Sales & BD Manager to take full ownership of the Southeast Asian region. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth in the B2B sector. This role requires a hunter mentality and a strategic approach to penetrating new markets.
Responsibilities:
- Market Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the SEA region to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Client Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and close deals with key B2B clients including corporate procurement, furniture dealers, hotel chains, and gaming lounges.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors and key accounts.
- Product Positioning: Promote high-ticket ergonomic and wellness products, effectively communicating the value proposition to diverse cultural and business backgrounds.
- Sales Execution: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and after-sales service follow-up.
- Reporting: Provide regular market feedback, competitor analysis, and sales forecasts to the management team.
Qualifications:
- Status: Must hold Malaysian or Singaporean Permanent Residence (PR).
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of overseas B2B export sales experience, preferably selling into Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe, or the US.
- Industry Background: Proven track record in Consumer Electronics, Furniture/Home Furnishings, or Healthcare/Wellness industries.
- High-Value Sales: Demonstrated success in selling high-ticket / high Average Order Value (AOV) products. Experience in solution-based selling is a must.
- Performance: A strong portfolio showcasing over-achievement of sales quotas and successful market entries.
- Language Skills: Native-level Mandarin (Chinese as a working language) is required for effective communication with overseas headquarters and supply chain teams. Proficiency in English is mandatory for local market communication.
