About the Role

We're looking for an Overseas Monetization Specialist for Southeast Asia to drive early-stage monetization exploration, pricing and payment model validation, and monetization feedback loops for an AI Agent product across the region.

Key Responsibilities

1.Own the monetization strategy for the AI Agent product in Southeast Asia, including market prioritization, pricing strategy, payment models, local payment direction, and monetization cadence.

2.Enable local payment methods and explore monetization paths including but not limited to subscriptions, channels, and ecosystem partnerships, identifying and validating the monetization motions that work best in each local market.

3.Building on validated monetization, leverage data analysis, user insight, and market insight to scale revenue and continuously optimize pricing and payment models.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in monetization, growth monetization, subscriptions, or payments; hands-on experience in Southeast Asian markets is preferred.

• Hands-on experience with pricing, payment models, or subscription systems, with the ability to independently design and validate them.

• Familiar with monetization models for AI products, productivity tools, and SaaS.

• Solid understanding of SEA local payment and subscription ecosystems.

• Strong commercial instinct and data modeling ability, with the ability to optimize monetization based on conversion, ARPU, LTV / CAC, and other metrics.

• Working proficiency in English; fluent Chinese with the ability to collaborate effectively with China-based teams; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, Vietnamese, or other Southeast Asian languages is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building a monetization system from scratch or driving cold-start monetization in a new country or market.
