We are seeking a Senior Channel Partner Manager located in Singapore to oversee the Southeast Asia market for a well-established SaaS company. This role will particular emphasis on Thailand Market. The Senior Channel Partner Manager will be responsible for managing the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, fostering relationships with channel partners, and executing sales initiatives in both countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive GTM strategy for the Southeast Asia region, concentrating on partnerships, sales, Key focus in Thailand
- Lead strategic sales and account management in collaboration with partners, targeting both new and existing business opportunities.
- Oversee the strategy, sales, and execution of establishing new and nurturing existing partnerships in these markets.
- Secure new partnership agreements while balancing organizational objectives.
- Monitor, report, and enhance partnership performance, addressing issues as they arise and implementing solutions.
- Manage partner targets and ensure delivery of results.
- Collaborate with various teams to foster and maintain relationships with prospective partners, ensuring engagement throughout all phases.
- Travel as necessary to SEA to partner/customer offices.
Qualifications and Skills
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in SaaS sales or channel development is essential.
- Proficiency in Thai, both written and spoken, is a plus.
- At least 4 years of experience in the Thailand market is required.
- Proven expertise in channel development/ Partnership growth.
- Strong sales background with a demonstrated history from opportunity initiation to closure.
- Skills in account and quota planning.
- Capability to manage entire project/sales cycles independently.
- Excellent relationship-building, initiative-taking, and verbal and written communication abilities.
