We are seeking a commercially driven and academically strong professional to support our Hong Kong expansion by combining teaching excellence with business development, strategic partnerships, and market growth.

Job Description

This is a hybrid regional growth role designed for a high-performing educator with strong business acumen. The successful candidate will be based in Hong Kong and will play a key role in expanding our student base, building partnerships with international schools and education stakeholders, and strengthening our brand presence in the Hong Kong market.

This position is ideal for candidates who are passionate about education, market expansion, relationship building, and regional business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Overseas Market Development & Business Growth (Primary Focus)

  • Develop and execute Hong Kong market expansion strategies
  • Drive student acquisition and enrolment growth
  • Build partnerships with international schools, education consultants, and referral networks
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the education sector
  • Support regional revenue growth initiatives

Marketing & Brand Building

  • Plan and conduct webinars, seminars, and parent engagement events
  • Execute lead generation and brand awareness campaigns
  • Build local market presence and strategic visibility
  • Support digital marketing and outreach initiatives

Academic Delivery (Supporting Function)

  • Deliver high-quality IB / IGCSE / AP / A-Level lessons
  • Maintain strong academic outcomes and client satisfaction
  • Use teaching engagements to support referrals and retention

Reporting & Performance Management

  • Track and report KPIs including enrolment, partnerships, revenue, and lead generation
  • Work closely with Singapore HQ on strategic growth objectives
  • Maintain accurate market and business development reporting

Requirements

Essential:

  • Bachelor's Degree or above
  • Strong academic background in IB / IGCSE / AP / A-Level teaching
  • Minimum 5 years of teaching, business development, or education management experience
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to develop partnerships and drive enrolment growth
  • Willingness to relocate or be based in Hong Kong for overseas deployment

Preferred:

  • Experience with international schools or premium education markets
  • Webinar / seminar / parent engagement experience
  • Sales, marketing, or business development exposure
  • Familiarity with Hong Kong or regional education ecosystems
