About The Role

Join Accenture's Talent & Organisation (T&O) practice, where we help organizations navigate complex transformation journeys by focusing on the people side of change. As an Overall Change Lead, you will act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, driving enterprise-wide change strategies that enable successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and operating models. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to prepare organizations for sustainable transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the overall change management strategy and delivery for transformation programs.

Design change interventions and business processes aligned with transformation objectives.

Conduct organizational impact assessments and readiness evaluations.

Analyze current operating environments to identify change opportunities, risks, and dependencies.

Develop and execute stakeholder engagement strategies across multiple stakeholder groups.

Create and deliver communication plans that drive awareness, understanding, and engagement.

Design and oversee training, learning, and adoption activities.

Implement programs and interventions that prepare the organization for change.

Monitor adoption, readiness, and change effectiveness throughout the transformation lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

Advanced proficiency in Change Management.

Minimum 8 years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, Transformation, or related disciplines.

Proven experience leading change activities within large-scale transformation programs.

Strong expertise in stakeholder management, communications, impact assessment, and adoption planning.

Ability to articulate value cases and develop business cases that clearly communicate the people, process, and technology impacts of transformation initiatives.

Passion for leveraging AI and proven experience applying AI-powered tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to enhance productivity, accelerate deliverable development, and drive change outcomes.

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

Advanced proficiency in Accenture Functional Impact Assessment Tool (FIAT).
