OutSystems Developer (Enterprise Technology)

About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on OutSystems Developer to join our Enterprise Technology team, driving digital transformation and system integration initiatives.

You'll be part of a core team responsible for building pilot projects, MVPs, and reusable components, playing a key role in shaping scalable solutions before broader rollout. This role suits someone who enjoys building from scratch, working independently, and contributing to solution design in a fast-moving environment.

• Working Hours: Mon-Fri
• Working Location: Central
• Salary Package: Up to $7,500 (basic) +AWS + VB

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain applications using OutSystems
• Build MVPs and iterate based on feedback
• Translate business requirements into working solutions
• Integrate with external systems (APIs, ERP, third-party services)
• Work closely with product, project, and architecture teams
• Ensure code quality, performance, and best practices
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and enhancements

What We're Looking For

• 2-4 years of software development experience
• Experience or exposure to OutSystems
• Strong programming fundamentals (JavaScript, C#, Java, or similar)
• Familiar with web technologies (HTML, CSS, REST APIs)
• Basic understanding of databases and system integration

Nice to Have

• Experience with API or system integration
• OutSystems certification
