Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and developing web and mobile applications using the OutSystems platform to support various business processes and service delivery requirements.
- Work closely with product teams, business analysts, and stakeholders across to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and scalable solutions.
- Design, develop and deploy user interfaces, workflows and integrations for business operations and service delivery purposes.
- Support the building of application integrations that connect multiple platforms and external systems.
- Help maintain application architecture and infrastructure to support operational, reporting, and analytical workloads across the ecosystem.
- Implement application testing, validation, and optimisation processes to ensure application quality and performance.
- Monitor applications and systems to identify potential issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Support the maintenance of OutSystems applications supporting digital products.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues.
- Create and maintain documentation of application development processes and system configurations.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Relevant education qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical fields
- 3-5 years of experience in OutSystems solution delivery.
- Experience delivering applications in public sector projects preferred.
- OutSystems related certifications preferred.
- Understanding of application architecture and design patterns within OutSystems.
- Proficiency in OutSystems development including web services integration and API development concepts and processes.
- Knowledge of database systems, both relational and non-relational, and their query languages.
- Familiarity with AWS cloud services such asS3, Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB.
- Understanding application security, access controls, and logging.
- Exposure to version control systems such as Git and CI/CD practices.
