Responsibilities
- Manage full or partial sets of accounts, ensuring accurate recording and compliance with GST and statutory regulations for client portfolios
- Administer accounting processes and maintain financial records for a diverse client base to support timely and accurate reporting
- Prepare financial statements and reports aligned with clients internal policies and statutory requirements to facilitate informed decision-making
- Execute comprehensive payroll functions for clients, including processing monthly CPF contributions and preparing IR8A tax submissions to ensure regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with the Outsourcing Department to perform ad hoc accounting and administrative duties as required, supporting operational efficiency
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accountancy, ISCA, ACCA, or other relevant professional qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word to support reporting and presentation needs
- Minimum 1 year experience in related field
- Practical knowledge of various accounting software to enhance accounting process efficiency
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively
- Meticulous and organized approach with demonstrated initiative to proactively solve problems
- Positive working attitude and eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Good command of English to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members
