Outreach & Engagement Officer

• Work Location - Central Region
• Working Hours - Mon to Thurs 8.30am - 6pm, Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm
• Monthly Salary - up to $4500
• Govt Agency, 3 months contract extendable to 1 year

Job Scope:

• Build and manage partnerships with community organisations and programme partners
• Coordinate and facilitate group visits, including logistics and attendance tracking
• Support individuals facing digital access challenges through alternative booking options
• Assist in outreach efforts by promoting programmes through partner networks
• Support planning and execution of engagement activities (e.g. roadshows, briefings)
• Monitor participation and outreach effectiveness

Requirements:

• Degree in a relevant field
• Prior experience would have an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital engagement tools.
