Job Description

System Administration & Support

  • Perform administration functions on Output Management systems, including Report2Web (R2W) and Remote Print Manager (RPM).
  • Provide 24x7 on-call support for troubleshooting and problem resolution related to Output Management incidents.
  • Liaise with users and internal teams to coordinate Output Management requirements.

Vendor Management

  • Oversee daily operational procedures of printing/enveloping vendors.
  • Manage vendor standards, streamline processes, and ensure smooth report publishing and print operations.
  • Conduct outsourcing reviews and due diligence on existing and new vendors to ensure solvency and reliability.

Process Improvement & Automation

  • Assess automation needs and implement solutions to eliminate repetitive tasks and manual interventions.
  • Develop and maintain scripts and programs for automating Output Management operational processes.
  • Perform technical evaluation of systems to enhance automation and operational efficiency.
  • Continuously improve infrastructure design and workflow of R2W systems and print processes.

Project Management

  • Lead Output Management projects and initiatives.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects requiring Output Management support.

Compliance & Audit Support

  • Participate in audits and compliance reviews involving Output Management systems and print operations.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory standards, and operational best practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience, preferably in banking Data Centre Operations, Output Report Distribution, or Print Operations.
  • Strong technical knowledge of network, database, Windows, and UNIX platforms.
  • Competent in troubleshooting issues across network, database, and operating environments.
  • Knowledgeable in Windows infrastructure and technologies including Active Directory (AD), DNS, Network Load Balancer, MS Clustering, Virtual Machines (VM), MS SQL.
  • Familiarity with Tomcat and Internet Information Services (IIS) web server components.
  • Programming/Scripting knowledge: Windows/Unix scripting, Python; experience with Visual Basic, PowerShell, C#, Java is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of R2W and RPM systems is a strong advantage.
