Job Description

Work Location(s): Sengkang/ Punggol

Working Hours: Min. 8 - 10 hours per shift (Rotating shifts No fix morning shifts OT as required)

6 days work week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational & Financial Management

Oversee all day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), including opening and closing.

Manage transactions accurately, including cashiering, daily sales reconciliation and preparing bank deposits.

Monitor and control operational costs, including labour, inventory and wastage to ensure profitability.

Track sales targets and KPIs, analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Team Leadership & Development

Lead, train, mentor and motivate a team of sales and bakers to achieve high levels of performance and productivity.

Manage the full employees lifecycle, including recruiting, conduct interviews, onboarding and training for new hires.

Create and manage staffs schedules, ensuring optimal staffing levels to meet demand during peak and off-peak hours.

Foster a positive, collaborative and high-energy team culture.

  • Inventory & Production Oversight

Oversee inventory management, including stock ordering, replenishment and rotation to minimize wastage and spoilage.

Work closely with the bakers to ensure production plans aligns with sales forecasts, maintaining consistent product quality, freshness and variety.

Ensure strict adherence to all food safety and hygiene standards (e.g., SFA requirements).

  • Outlet Maintenance & Compliance

Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and organization throughout the outlet.

Ensure full compliance with workplace safety, health policies and procedures.

Maintain the overall appearance and functionality of the outlet, including equipment.

Job Requirements:

  • SINGAPOREANS ONLY
  • Min 2-3 years of experience in a Supervisory or Management role within Retail, F&B or Bakery industry.
  • Proven experience in team management, staff scheduling and performance development.
  • Strong knowledge of bakery operations and food safety standards.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire, train and hold a team accountable.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Resourceful, results-oriented and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Physically fit to meet the demands of the role, including standing for extended periods and handling moderate lifting.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends, public holidays and rotating shifts.
