Job Description

Position Overview

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Outlet Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our bakery outlet. The ideal candidate will lead the front-of-house team, ensure excellent customer service, maintain operational standards, and drive sales performance while supporting overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily outlet operations to ensure smooth service flow

  • Lead, train, and motivate service crew and bakery staff

  • Ensure high standards of customer service and product presentation

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment with production team

  • Handle cash management, POS transactions, and daily sales reporting

  • Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and shift planning

  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards

  • Resolve customer feedback and operational issues promptly

  • Support sales initiatives, promotions, and upselling efforts

  • Minimize wastage and control operational costs

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B or retail operations

  • Prior supervisory experience preferred

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities

  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

  • Basic knowledge of inventory control and cash handling

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in bakery or caf operations

  • Food safety certification

  • Familiarity with POS systems and sales reporting
