Rotating shifts, NO FIXED MORNING SHIFTS :
- Morning: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm / 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
- Afternoon: 10:00 am - 10:00 pm / 12:00 pm - 10:00 pm
6 days per week
Gross up to $3,800 per month
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of staff members to deliver good service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Foster an positive working environment and team cohesion.
- Address customers complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor customers feedback and implement improvements.
- Conduct training and onboarding for new employees.
- Schedule shifts and manage employees workloads.
- Oversee inventory levels and stock replenishment.
- Conduct regular stock audits and manage stocks discrepancies.
- To perform cashiering function and manage opening / closing of daily cash sales handling and transactions.
- Train staffs on safety procedures and protocols.
- Maintain workplace safety and health policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized outlet environment.
Job Requirements:
- SINGAPOREANS ONLY
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a bakery, retail, or F&B setting.
- Candidates possessing 4 years of relevant leadership experience may be eligible for the Assistant Manager role
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staffs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willing to work 6 days work week (including weekends & public holidays) and rotaing shifts.
