Job Summary
You will prepare and cook all dishes served at our outlets, manage food ordering and cash handling, assist in manpower scheduling, and lead training to ensure smooth outlet operations and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Cook all dishes served in the outlets, including noodles and burgers, ensuring consistent quality and presentation
- Prepare food ingredients and components according to established recipes and safety standards
- Manage ordering of all food and supply items to maintain adequate stock levels and minimize waste
- Assist in scheduling staff shifts to optimize manpower coverage and operational efficiency
- Oversee outlet profit and loss (P&L) performance by monitoring costs and sales
- Guide and train new staff to ensure adherence to operational procedures and quality standards
- Handle banking of cash receipts accurately and timely to maintain financial integrity
- Manage petty cash and oversee all outlet purchases to control expenses and support operations
