Outlet Manager for Pets-Friendly Restaurant

Job Description:

- Manage the daily operations of our pets-friendly restaurant and bar, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service

- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention, responding to feedback and resolving issues promptly

- Drive sales growth through effective upselling, promotions, and marketing initiatives

- Lead a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to achieve outstanding service and operational standards

- Manage inventory, orders, and stock levels to minimize waste and optimize profitability

- Oversee restaurant service, including ordering, serving, and customer satisfaction

Requirements:
