Outlet Manager

Job Responsibilities

. Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate staff to maintain high levels of productivity and guest satisfaction.
. Operational Oversight: Ensure seamless day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing reservations, seating arrangements, and customer inquiries.
. Quality Control: Maintain standards of food quality, presentation, and service in line with the company's reputation for excellence.
. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, including ordering and stock rotation to minimize waste and ensure availability of supplies.
. Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge of menu offerings, service standards, and restaurant procedures.
. Customer Service: Resolve guest complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience for all patrons.
. Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and oversee sanitation practices to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
. Event Management: Coordinate with the events team for event functions, ensuring smooth execution and exceptional service delivery.

In your role as Caf Manager, you will:
. Manage, coach, and develop our amazing coffee program
. Guide our Brew Crew on providing exceptional customer service on our customer coffee, tea and food experience.
. Be a World Class Barista (& Tearista!) serving our amazing customers with the finest specialty coffee & tea.
. Manage your outlet responsibly and profitably!
. Create meaningful moments - Share your knowledge, our heritage, and our sustainability practices with our Brew Crew and customers.
. Care and manage the safety & health of our Brew Crew and customers.
. Lead and take pride in the appearance of your outlet, maintaining a clean and organized environment, in accordance with health and safety regulations.
