You won't just be selling products you'll be building unbeatable relationships, hunting down prime shelf space, and keeping our goods moving fast into the hands of pet owners. If you treat every no as a challenge to get a yes, we want you on our Team!

What You'll Do (The Hustle)

Conquer the Retail Turf: Hit the ground running daily to expand our retail footprint, secure top-tier shelf space, and keep our products at the forefront of every store.
Build Unshakable Relationships: Connect effortlessly with store owners and staff, understanding their business inside out to lock in continuous, high-volume repeat orders.
Train to Win: Deliver high-energy product training sessions to retail teams so they become passionate advocates for our brand.
Bring the Energy at Events: Show up big at weekend roadshows, pet expos, and industry events to engage directly with pet parents, drive brand buzz, and boost direct sales.
Seamless Operations: Partner closely with Logistics/Warehouse teams for smooth order fulfillment and work with Accounts to ensure prompt settlements.
Drive Ground-Level Marketing: Execute high-impact promotional campaigns in collaboration with Marketing to keep foot traffic moving and sales soaring.

What Makes You a Fit

Ready: Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business or Finance. Proven track record in B2B sales, outdoor sales, or account management (FMCG or Pet Industry experience is a major bonus). Own a personal vehicle as well.
Valid driver's license with own vehicle.
Unstoppable Drive: Resilient, persistent, and obsessed with hitting targets-you never give up and always find a way to close the deal. More deals = more commissions to be earned!
Social Powerhouse: Highly outgoing, magnetic, and articulate-you build instant rapport with store owners, retail staff, and pet parents alike.
Flexible & Event-Ready: Willing and eager to join occasional weekend Roadshows, Pet Expos, and Pet Activations to represent the brand where the action is.
Pet Passionate: A genuine animal lover at heart who naturally understands the pet community and industry.
