Sales & Account Management
Promote and sell company products andsolutions (training will be provided).
Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, andclose sales deals.
Manage accounts to ensure customersatisfaction and timely follow-up.
Client Engagement
Conduct regular visits to shipyards,offshore contractors, and marine service providers.
Understand client requirements andcoordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions.
Provide after-sales support and maintainlong-term partnerships.
Operational Coordination
Work closely with logistics andoperations to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Monitor sales pipeline and reportprogress to management.
Share market feedback and competitorinsights to support business strategy.
Reporting & Targets
Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports andforecasts.
Contribute to overall market growth inthe marine offshore segment.
Requirements
Prior experience in outdoor sales orbusiness development (marine/offshore industry preferred but not mandatory).
Strong communication, negotiation, andinterpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and ableto work independently.
Willingness to travel frequently toclient sites.
Product and technical training will beprovided.
