Job Summary

Yuwan Constructions is seeking a motivated and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with clients in the construction sector. The role involves site visits, client meetings, and promoting the company's construction services to main contractors, developers, and project owners.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction industry

• Conduct outdoor sales activities including site visits, cold calls, and client meetings

• Promote Yuwan Constructions services such as construction works, subcontracting services, and project support

• Understand client requirements and coordinate with project and technical teams to propose suitable solutions

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up to secure contracts

• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, and suppliers

• Track and update sales leads, client information, and follow-ups

• Meet assigned sales targets and performance KPIs

• Stay informed about industry trends, project opportunities, and tender requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience in outdoor sales, business development, or client-facing roles

• Experience in the construction industry is an advantage

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable with site visits and fieldwork

• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven

• Good organizational and time-management skills

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Proficient in MS Office applications

• Knowledge of basic construction processes and terminology is a plus
