Outdoor Sales Executive (Education)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door visits to businesses in industrial areas to introduce training programmes and identify training needs.

• Represent the company at roadshows, exhibitions, and community events to generate leads and drive enrolments.

• Engage walk-in visitors and passersby with clear, compelling explanations of course offerings and benefits.

• Consult with HR managers, business owners, and individual learners to recommend suitable programmes aligned with SkillsFuture frameworks.

• Guide prospects through funding options including SkillsFuture Credit, SFEC, and ETSS, and assist with registration processes.

• Follow up promptly on leads to convert interest into confirmed enrolments.
