Outdoor Sales Executive

Job Specifications

. Prospect and qualify new sales leads

. Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects

. Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products

. Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments

. Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers

. Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort

Competencies

1. Learn how to be proficient in sales presentation and sales closure through careful negotiation and timely follow-up.

2. Active participation in the strategic planning process, including developing promotions, sharing of market intel, customers feedback, and requirements.

3. Communicate effectively among inter-departments to successful service delivery.

4. Customer excellence in achieving customer satisfaction and referral businesses.

Requirements/Preference/Details:

• Good skill in communication.
• Outgoing, Spontaneous character with a good attitude.
• Fast learning & ability to adapt to fast pace environment.
• Friendly/approachable character.
• Direct Sales experience added advantage.
• In Renovation/home fittings environment preferred.
• ..Must possess Class 3 driving license/own vehicle... Outdoor Sales
• Must be eager for sales/ training provided.

Mainly sales targets are condo owners, contractors, designers, dealers.
