About the Role

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Outdoor Sales Executive to expand our air-conditioning business through partnerships with interior designers, renovation contractors and industry professionals.

This is a field-based, project-driven sales role suited for individuals who enjoy building long-term relationships, managing accounts and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with interior design firms and renovation contractors

• Identify new business opportunities and grow assigned accounts

• Conduct site surveys and provide professional aircon system recommendations

• Prepare quotations and follow through to secure sales

• Coordinate installation schedules with internal teams

• Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (aircon / renovation industry preferred)

• Valid Class 3 and 3A Singapore driving licence

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Comfortable working outdoors and visiting project sites

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Effectively bilingual to liaise with customers and contractors

• Willing to attend company-sponsored PWM and OPW training

• Willing to work weekends when required
