The Outdoor Sales Executive monitors competitor landscapes to develop sales strategies. He/she also attains sales by generating and following sales leads. He/She reviews customer feedback and behaviour.
He/she is innovative and capable. He/she keeps informed of the organisation's products and services while seeking new opportunities. He/she uses this knowledge to develop solutions for clients. He/she travels to maintain rapport with clients and close sales leads.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Apply sales targets to guide sales performance.
- Build relationships with sales networks and leads to support sales.
- Carry out marketing promotions to acquire more customers.
- Carry out relationship management programmes with buyers.
- Conduct market profiling to identify potential market segments and buyer profiles.
- Negotiate sale agreements.
- Gather information to be included in sales proposals.
- Identify trades that create value for buyers.
- Monitor competitors and customer demand to provide data for sales strategy development.
- Perform follow-up actions to close sales.
- Provide solutions that meet buyers technical requirements.
- Relay feedback from buyers to improve sales targets.
- Review buyers data and purchasing behaviour.
- Review buyers feedback, requirements and market sentiments.
- Review sales channels using buyers profiles to guide sales performance.
- Review technical requirements or non-standard buyer requests.
- Understand buyers overall business cycle to identify buyers current and future business needs.
- Work with others to increase the number of potential buyers.
- Work with sales and finance departments to support payment processes.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
