Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Outbound Telemarketer specializing in auto insurance at our Singapore location. The Outbound Telemarketer will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, providing information about auto insurance policies, scheduling appointments, and following up with leads. Key tasks include managing customer inquiries, offering excellent customer service, closing sales, and maintaining records of customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Experience in Sales preferably auto insurance
- Excellent negotiating and persuasion skills to promote insurance products
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree preferred
