Responsibilities

  • Outbound Sales Strategy: Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to generate qualified leads and new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement.
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and engage potential clients across key sectors including offline retail, ecommerce, and technology to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Social Selling & LinkedIn Engagement: Drive LinkedIn outreach initiatives to connect with decision-makers, nurture prospects, and support business development efforts.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and mentor junior outbound sales team members on effective prospecting techniques, messaging, and social selling best practices.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify target companies, industry trends, and new business opportunities.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align outreach campaigns, improve lead quality, and support revenue growth.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor outreach performance, lead conversion rates, and pipeline development, and provide regular reports and insights to management.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven 4-6 years and above experience in outbound sales or telemarketing is preferred; familiarity with data entry and research is a plus
  • Research Skills: Research and analytical skills to gather, interpret, and analyze data is preferred
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and research tasks
  • Problem-Solving: Innovative and proactive approach to identifying and solving data-related challenges
  • Communication: Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
  • Leadership Skills: Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members is preferred.
  • Language: Good in both written and spoken of Cantonese, English and Putonghua
