Outbound Manager (Japanese Speaking Required)

Job Description

We are a Japanese travel agency based in Singapore, seeking a capable and experienced Outbound Manager to oversee outbound travel operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, coordinating with overseas partners (especially Japan), and ensuring smooth service delivery for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage outbound travel operations and tour arrangements

• Liaise with overseas partners, particularly in Japan

• Handle quotations, bookings, and itinerary planning

• Monitor service quality and resolve operational issues

• Support sales team with product knowledge and coordination

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation

  Requirements

  • Proficient in Japanese (spoken and written) - mandatory

  • Experience in travel industry (outbound operations) - mandatory

  • Strong coordination and communication skills

  • Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks

  • Familiar with Japan travel products is an advantage
